QATAR GOVT. SCHOLARSHIPS 

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar has officially opened applications for its 2026–2027 Government Scholarship Programmes. Qatari students who have completed their high school diploma and other eligible individuals are encouraged to apply for these prestigious fully funded scholarships in Qatar and abroad.

Available Qatar Scholarship Programs The 2026–2027 Scholarship Plan includes three primary programs: 1. The Amiri Scholarship Programme 2. The Abroad Scholarship Programme 3. The Local Scholarship Programme

BENEFITS Amiri Scholarship & Medicine Abroad 1. QAR 8,000 – 12,000/month: Basic and travel allowances 2. QAR 40,000: One-time pre-travel grant 3. Business class tickets: Two per year 4. Study years counted toward national service

BENEFITS Local Scholarships 1. List 1 (QAR 10,000/month): Medicine, education, and emergency response 2. List 2 (QAR 8,000/month): Engineering, computer science, and health sciences 3. List 3 (QAR 6,000/month): Applied sciences and arts 4. List 4 (QAR 4,000/month): Professional diplomas

Eligibility Criteria 1. Must be Qatari national 2. Hold a high school diploma or higher qualification 3. Meet the academic performance standards 4. Choose from approved universities and disciplines

Eligible Nationalities Open to domestic students.
